When you send a project inquiry, True Set Tile uses the information you provide to understand your project and contact you.

What the form collects

Project type, description, ZIP code, preferred timing, optional budget, your name and email, optional phone number, and preferred contact method. You may also attach up to three project photos. Please keep photos focused on the space and avoid images of people or sensitive documents. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your description.

How your inquiry is handled

Your answers stay in this page’s memory as you move between steps. Selected photos are automatically resized and converted to JPEG on your device before sending. Your original photos are unchanged. Your answers and prepared photo copies are sent to Netlify only when you choose Send Project Inquiry. Netlify stores the submission for True Set Tile and handles email notifications through the business’s notification settings. Uploaded photos are accessible through direct download links in the submission details and notifications. They are not displayed in the project gallery. Closing or refreshing the page clears unsent answers and selected photos.

Hosting and spam protection

The website uses Netlify for hosting, inquiries, and spam filtering. These providers may process technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect their services. The form includes a hidden spam-detection field and a request reference. The website uses a Google Ads tag to measure advertising performance. Google may use cookies and process information such as your IP address, browser, pages visited, and interactions with ads. Conversion measurement depends on the events configured in Google Ads.

Keeping your information

Submitted inquiries and photos may remain in the business inbox and Netlify account until deleted under their retention settings. Uploaded file links may continue to work for a period after deletion because of caching.
